Manually logging symptoms, medication, and mood is exactly the kind of friction that makes people stop tracking their health. Sentio lets you talk instead of type: record a voice note and it is automatically transcribed, organized, and turned into insights you can actually use. I am building this solo across a Next.js marketing site and web app, a native SwiftUI iOS app, and an Android app, with a shared Postgres backend. The marketing site and iOS app are working end to end today; Android is still in active development, and billing is wired up but in test mode ahead of a public launch.
