Ingredients

  • 5g instant yeast
  • 30g honey
  • 70ml rice milk
  • 20ml oil (avocado or olive)
  • 40g tapioca starch
  • 140g glutinous rice flour (sticky rice)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. mix yeast, honey, oil, and rice milk. let sit for 10mins
  2. mix tapioca starch, salt, baking powder, and glutinous rice flour (sticky rice)
  3. Knead for 7-10mins or use stand mixer
  1. Let stand in glass bowl for 1-2hours
  2. Take out fridge, roll out with rolling pin, or wine bottle
  3. Cut out circles with cutter or with the edges of a cup
  4. Use Electric steamer or bamboo steamer, and steam for 10mins
