Instructions
- Clean rice 7 times with cold water
- Strain
- Soak in cold water for 2 hours
- Strain
- Lay rice on kitchen towel for 1-2 hours or until dry
- Grind rice in coffee grinder
voila done!
p.s. if you grind rice when its not 100% dry, the flour will lump, sift through the lumps with a sifter or fork and lay out for another 30mins or so
