Gluten Free Crepes


  • 100g rice flour
  • 200ml rice milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 non stick pan


  1. mix dry ingredients
  2. mix wet ingredients
  3. mix all ingredients
  4. heat pan on medium heat
  5. pour batter to one side of pan
  6. then swirl quickly to coat
  7. cook until the edges are turning brown
  8. flip
  9. cook other wise side for 1 minute or less

If you have a problem with moisture, stack them on top of eachother while very hot. This will create steam. Sometimes rice flour has this problem.

Do not add too much batter, it will be thick.
